Director - BenefitWallet Growth initiatives
The Director of Growth Initiatives will be responsible for coordinating business development, and direct sales for the BenefitWallet suite of products in conjunction with Conduent HR Services Sales, Public Sector divisions, shared resources and Account Management. The incumbent will focus on the distribution of the Company's account-based products including Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and other specialty health savings and spending account products. In addition, the Director of Growth Initiatives executes on the business development strategic focus; and facilitates the development of an effective voice for sales to grow our business.
Essential job functions are as follows:
Develop New Business
Support creation and deploy a structured sales and marketing plan that will identify innovative strategies and creative tactics to grow market share, set BenefitWallet apart from its competition and acquire new clients
Develop and build relationships with the key buyers at mid-size and large corporate employers and public sector organizations and health plans.
Develop and build relationships with the shared sales and marketing resources of Conduent and other direct sales and account management functions throughout Conduent entire enterprise.
Collaborate with RFP/proposal team on expression of vision and strategy and oversee deal review
Process end-to-end on your prospects to ensure a quality response to position BenefitWallet to earn profitable new business
Facilitate meeting/finalist preparation for your opportunities in conjunction with leadership team
Maximize Public Exposure of BenefitWallet Product
Participate in industry trade association memberships
Present at industry trade association and independently produced thought leadership events
Participate in media opportunities (interviews, articles, events)
Bachelor's Degree- Master's preferred
8 years of benefit, consulting, banking, insurance and/or sales experience, preferably in the Consumer-Directed Health industry.
Prefer insurance brokerage license or similar financial services designation
Proven sales track record with complete understanding of sales lifecycle
Excellent track record of both direct and indirect sales performance
Proven client relationship management track record
Understanding of behavioral economics theory would be an advantage.
Expert knowledge of the healthcare industry and current healthcare trends
Strong technical/business writing skills
Strong oral communications skills including ability to make presentations and prospect with clients
Strong analytical skills, computer skills and excellent organizational skills
Experience with SalesForce
Ability to work independently as well as on a team with limited supervision
25%-50% travel may be required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
