Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary liaison between Pro Resources and the Customer Communicates with customers by phone or in person and receives orders, enters and maintains data and all pertinent activity in our database for candidates/working associates, orders, and customer Coaching employees on performance and attendance related issues Independently communicates with customers in timely and professional manner Effectively resolves customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner Identifies and works to resolve customer/applicant related issues with a high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience Visits customer companies, tours their place of business and maintains a high level of rapport with customer, staff and working associates Assist with handling and reporting Workers Compensation injuries and coordinating care and treatment with Pro Resources Risk and Safety Management Team Submit resume profile to customer, coordinate and follow up on customer interview status Complete customer onboarding process including required documentation/orientation Accurately prepare and process weekly payroll and invoicing Maintain and submit customer required reporting, such as turnover, employee listing, attendance, etc.
Talent Profile:
Customer Service Mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) Detail Oriented Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams Reliable Transportation Job Type:
